By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.350 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 registered with P.S. Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun under Sections 323, 498-A, 504 and 506 IPC and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act 1961. 5. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been filed by the police on 20.03.2025 against the petitioner, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 7. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, till the submission of charge-sheet before Court, the Investigating Agency is directed not to arrest the petitioner-Rajiv Nayan Nautiyal. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 24.03.2025 PN
