Shri Sandeep Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, while filing affidavit of compliance duly sworn by respondent no. 2-Mr. Vaibhav Shrivastava, Managing Director, Pradeshik Cooperative Dairy Federation Ltd., Lucknow, informs that the order of the writ Court has been complied with, as the decision has already been taken on the representation of the applicant on 13.12.2024 by the competent authority. It is, thus, submitted that the application has lost its efficacy and may be dismissed. The affidavit of compliance is taken on record. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent and going through the order of the writ Court as well as contents of the affidavit of compliance, the application stands dismissed as infructuous. 4. However, it is always open to the applicants to avail appropriate remedy against the order passed by the respondent on 13.12.2024 before the appropriate forum, if they are feeling so aggrieved.
