The prayer made cannot be considered or granted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, however, on being pointed out the aforesaid, the counsel for the petitioners says that an application for recall of the order dated 29.10.2024 passed under Section 34 of the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901 is pending, however, we do not find the Tehsildar to have been impleaded as a party in this Writ Petition, therefore, we cannot issue a direction.
