Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent, based upon the instructions, states that an amount of Rs.28,939/- is due and payable against the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to pay the said amount, however, seeks some time to pay the said amount. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to pay the amount of Rs.28,939/- and any amount paid by the petitioner shall be adjusted towards the payment of the outstanding dues. The outstanding dues shall be paid by the petitioner within a period of six months from today. Subject to the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.10,000/-, the electricity connection, if disconnected, shall be restored.
