Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) to issue an order or direction to the Civil Court (Junior Division), Haweli, Faizabad to decide the O.S. No. 1068 of 2019; Tamanna vs. Asma Bano and others, filed by the petitioner for the cancellation of instrument, which is pending before the Civil Court (Junior Division), Haweli, Faizabad, within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2019, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application for early hearing, which shall be considered in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 4. It is argued that injunction application filed by the petitioner is also pending. In case, the injunction application is still pending, the same shall be decided within a period of six weeks from today.
