1. Mr. Shivam Gulati, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Mukesh Singh Rawat,
learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Rajendra Kumar Chauhan, Advocate holding brief of Mr R.K. Rawat,
learned counsel for the respondent.
3. Applicant has sought transfer of Original Suit No. 1271 of 2022 pending before Family Court, Dehradun to Family Court, Haridwar. According to her, her marriage with respondent was solemnised on 18.06.1997 and two daughters were born out of the said wedlock; out of which one is residing with the applicant and another is living independently at Haridwar, while applicant is residing with the mother at her parental house at Haridwar. According to the applicant, she was thrown out of her matrimonial house and thereafter her husband filed a divorce petition before the Family Court at Dehradun; since applicant is serving as a Teacher in a Government School and she has also a minor daughter to look after, therefore, it is becoming immensely difficult to attend court proceeding on each and every date of hearing, therefore, applicant sought transfer of divorce petition from Dehradun to Haridwar.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that respondent has no objection if the divorce petition is transferred from Family Court, Dehradun to Family Court, Haridwar.
5. In view of concession recorded by
learned counsel for the respondent, the transfer application is allowed. Let the record of Original Suit No. 1271 of 2022 be transferred from Family Court, Dehradun to Family Court, Haridwar.
6. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to both the courts, within 48 hours.
