The prayer made in the present petition is for commanding the respondents to release the legitimate earned salary of the petitioner with a further direction to the respondents not to replace him with a similar set of arrangement except following due procedure of law. 2. Mr. Mohsin Qadri, learned Sr. AAG, appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that appropriate orders may be passed in the matter. 3. Perusal of the writ petition depicts that the petitioner was appointed as Lambardar temporarily by the Tehsildar Budgam for a period of three months w.e.f. 10.03.2023, vide order dated-nil. 4. In view of the short prayer made in the writ petition and the stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondents, keeping this petition pending on board will not serve any fruitful purpose as also the fact that the petitioner has not been appointed as Lambardar by conducting election process, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct the election for the position of Lambardar for the village Chack Nazis Panoo within a period of three months from the date of receipt of receipt of this order with a further direction to release the legitimately earned honorarium of the petitioner for the period he has worked. 5.
