The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- " WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the opposite party no. 2 to decide the application dated 09-01-2025 filed by the petitioner and also direct the opposite party no. 2 to decide the appeal no. C-202408000002214, under section-13 (3) U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale & Distribution Control) order, 2016 filed by the opposite party no. 3 expeditiously, as early as possible, in the interest of justice as contained in Annexure Nos. 1 and 2 to this petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending appeal with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
