Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Petitioner submits that petitioner's technical bid has not been correctly evaluated and the respondents are proceeding to settle the contract. The technical bid was opened on 03.01.2025. In terms of the Government Order dated 25.08.2020, a complaint has been made by the petitioner which has not been accorded consideration. He submitted that in terms of the Government Order, the complaint made by a bidder requires consideration and the failure of the authorities to do so is arbitrary. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that requisite action in terms of the Government Order would be taken in accordance with law. 4. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction, upon respondent no.2, to accord consideration to petitioner's complaint in terms of applicable Government Order, after notice to the person aggrieved.
