Act, Police Station Kotwali Murtiha, District Bahraich. 3. Submission of the Counsel for the applicant is that the accused has misused the liberty of bail, for which, a complaint has also been made before the S.P. concerned. 4. No substantial material has been produced to show that the applicant has misused the liberty of bail. No case for cancellation of bail is made out. The bail cancellation application is dismissed.
