To direct the opposite party no. 1, to decide the pending case with the Civil Suit No. 1729/2023 titled "Smt. Rajeshwari and others vs. Ram Sajeevan and others" before the learned Court of Civil Judge (A.K.) Southern Room No. 24, Sultanpur i.e. opposite party no. 1 filed by the petitioner in a time bound manner." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
