Though the application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the applicant for quashing the Charge Sheet dated 11.09.2023 as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 05.10.2023 and N.B.W. dated 25.11.2024 along with entire proceeding of Case No.671 of 2023 (State of U.P. Vs. Jagadish and others) arising out of Case Crime No.262 of 2023, under Sections 323, 324, 308, 352, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station- Chata, District Mathura, but the learned counsel for the applicant has confined the relief only for a direction for consideration of the bail application before the court below with expedition. 3. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions raised at the Bar and the statements so sought to be made by them, the application stands disposed of while observing that in case appropriate proceeding in the form of bail application is preferred before the court below, then the same shall be decided with most expedition strictly in accordance with the law of the land keeping in view the judgment in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
