This petition is directed against the endorsement dated 16.12.2024, a copy of which is produced at Annexure – B, by which the Authorities have indicated to the petitioner that the lands in respect of which he was claiming a saguvali chit was situated within 18 km from the Municipal Corporation limits and hence could not be considered. 2. It is stated that, similar contentions were considered by this Court in WP No.237/2022 and also WP No.10563/2024, copies of which are produced at Annexure – C and D and the Authorities were directed to reconsider the matter. 3. In the light of the above, this writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms as in - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9234 WP No. 1149 of 2025 W.P.No.237/2022 and the Tahsildar is directed to decide as to what was the distance between the land in question and the boundary of the then Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, as it was as on the date of the application, i.e. in year 1998, and pass necessary orders within a period of two months. 4.
