Present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that against the cancellation order passed cancelling the fair price shop license of the petitioner, he has preferred an appeal being Appeal No.100 of 2025, which is pending before the appellate authority. 3. It is argued that on the one hand the appeal is pending and on the other hand, the respondents are taking steps for fresh allotment as is clear from Annexure - 1. 4. Considering the fact that the appeal is pending, present petition is disposed off with direction to decide the interim application within two weeks. 5. The appellate authority shall also endeavour to decide the appeal expeditiously.
