This is a backlog fresh which has been listed three times earlier. Today illness slip has been sent by Shri Rahul Roshan Dubey, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Considering the grievance, the petitioner, if he has a cause, may approach the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Learned Standing Counsel has instructions to state that the demarcation had actually taken place and pillars were installed, but the petitioner was not happy, therefore, the said exercise was conducted again, and ultimately in that process, it was found that the area of the Gata which was to be demarcated was more in the map viz-a-viz the area mentioned in the Khatauni, therefore, the remedy now is to get the map corrected. The petitioner may avail remedies as may be prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
