Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a detailed order dated 29-07-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51081 of 2024. 3. The informant is mother of minor girl (victim) and she has stated in her fardbeyan that on the false pretext of marriage, the petitioner committed rape upon her minor daughter (victim). He also aborted her pregnancy and when the informant went to the house of petitioner to query about the incident, his family members abused and threatened to kill the informant. Patna High Court CR.
