Hence, the Present complaint. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners Submits that based On the same inc®ldent held on o9.03.2025, Al in the Present Crime gave a report against the defacto complainant and others. He further submits that after completion of investigation in the present crime, charge sheet is f®lled. Moreover, the injured Was discharged from the hospital. 5. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has not disputed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 6. Considering the Subm'ISSiOnS made and in View Of the fact that investigat'lon in the present crime is completed and the injured in the present crime was discharged from the hospital, any further detention of the petitioner is not required and hence, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petit-loners herein/accused Nos.1 to4,6and7. . of--Fit \ T| 7. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioners herein/accused Nos.1 to 4, 6 and 7 shall be released on bail on each of them 6xecuting a personal bond for a sum of Rs.2O,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) each With two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madakasira.
