In compliance of the order dated 01.09.2020, learned counsel for the parties have verified regarding whether the appellant is alive or not Digitally signed by RAVVA UTTEJ KUMAR RAJU 2 and they jointly submit before this Cour that as per the death certificate dated 30.12.2019 issued by the competent authority the sole appellant Baratram had reached heavenly abode on 26.12.2019 and it has been duly verified by them supported by the death certificate of the appellant annexed therein. 3. In view of the death of the sole appellant, the appeal stands abated and the same is dismissed as abated. 4. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court, for its necessary compliance.
