Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. The list of fresh cases has been revised. Heard. The petitioner alleges pendency of mutation application before the opposite party no. 2 since 2014.
Learned Counsel for the Nagar Palika, Gonda says that some legal opinion had been sought which was received but no final decision could be taken. Be that as it may, if there is no legal impediment, the application be considered and decided at the earliest say within a period of six weeks. If there is any legal impediment in considering the petitioners' application, then they should be informed in writing about it. We have not adjudicated the rights of the petitioners to get their names mutated in respect of the premises in question, but the same would be seen by the opposite party no. 2. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
