Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. 3. In case any fresh injunction application is filed, the same shall be disposed off within six weeks from the date of its filing.
