Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 21.05.2024, whereby the injunction application of the petitioner was decided against him as well as the appellate order dated 08.11.2024 whereby the appeal was dismissed. 3. Considering the fact that the findings have been recorded against the plaintiff with regard to prima facie case and it has been observed that no decree of partition was sought, no interference is called for at this stage. However, as the suit is of the year 2008, present petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to endeavour to decide the said suit with all expedition preferably within a period of one year. 4.
