The claim of the petitioners under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Beema Yojna have been declined on the ground that the father and mother, both, had died in the same accident. Under the scheme, insurance amount for one of them was payable and the same has been paid to the petitioners i.e. with regard to the death of the father. Now, for the same incident, the petitioners cannot claim further insurance in respect of the mother. We are of the opinion, that if there is a cause, the petitioners may invoke the remedy under Section 22-A of the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987 before the permanent Lok Adalat. We do not wish to enter into this controversy any further. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
