This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 27.03.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0111 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Vibhuti Khand, District Lucknow. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court as permissible under the law.
