By means of the present petition, the petitioner challenges an order dated 16.01.2025 whereby an amendment was sought in the written statement at the appellate stage. The said amendment was rejected by means of the impugned order. 3. Considering the fact that the amendment as sought was available to the petitioner to be taken at the written statement stage and there being no material with regard to not filing the amendment during the pendency of the release application, the order impugned is justified and does not require any interference at this stage. 4.
