Notices to opposite parties no. 5 and 6 are dispensed with in view of the order proposed to be passed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for appointment to the post of Anganbari Worker in view of the Government Order dated 21.03.2023. The petitioner has duly submitted OnLine Application Form as per the prescribed procedure to be fulfilled all the legibility criteria widow and below the poverty line. However, physical verification of the documents respondents no. 5 and 6 have been called for documents verification in order to exclude the petitioner the respondent no.3 has not even called the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no.3 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection. 5. In view of above, petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to respondent no.3 within ten days from today, the same shall be decided within further period of four weeks bypassing a reasoned and speaking order. Till the disposal of the representation of the petitioner no appointment shall be made on the post of Anganbari Karyakatri in Village Noorpur 4, Payagpur, District Bahraich.
