Petitioner’s grievance is that faced with adverse family circumstances, she had moved a representation on 28.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 seeking her transfer as Staff Nurse from her current place of posting at Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla, however, the said representation has not been decided till date. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
