Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to disturb in the possession of the petitioner and not to make construction over the Arazi No. 233 area 0.8220 acre situated in the village Kandharpur, Pargana- Haveli, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Jaunpur till the desposal of application bearing case no. 660 of 2025; (computerized case no. T202514360400660); Vijay Shankar Vs. State; u/s 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 pending in the court of respondent no. 3. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide case no. 660 of 2025; (computerized case no. T202514360400660); Vijay Shankar Vs. State; u/s 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 pending in the court of respondent no. 3within stipulated period." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that an order under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed but from the averments made in the writ petition, it appears that it has not been complied with and the boundary marks has not been installed. 4. The S.D.M., Jaunpur-respondent no.3 is directed to get the boundary marks installed in compliance of order dated 9.1.2025 expeditiously preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
