For Petitioner : Mr. R.Prabakar O R D E R The petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Poonamallee, to dispose of the suit in OS.No.7 of 2021 in a time bound manner.
2. From the A diary extracts it is seen that issues have been framed and the parties have adduced evidence and the matter was posted for arguments as early as on 21.02.2024. Thereafter, the respondents have filed a petition for reopen and recall the evidence of PW1 on 06.03.2024. Thereafter, the defendants' counsel has filed a memo stating that they are preferring transfer petition.

5. Considering the above facts particularly the fact that the matter has been posted for arguments as early as on 21.02.2024, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The learned District Munsif, Poonamallee, is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.7 of 2021 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
