Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:22012 Court No. - 16 Case :- APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 3052 of 2025 Applicant :- Ram Sagar Saroj @ Ram Sagar Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And Anothers Counsel for Applicant :- Rishi Kumar Pandey,Kiran Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Salil Kumar Rai,J. Heard the counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the order dated 26.3.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.01, District Sultanpur in Session Trial No. 992 of 2024 rejecting the application filed by the applicant and posting the case for framing of charges against the applicant. The case has been registered under Sections 498A and 304B IPC read with Section 3/4 D.P. Act. It is the claim of the applicant that the necessary records were not served on the applicant, therefore, the order dated 26.3.2025 is contrary to law. An affidavit has been filed by the complainant, i.e., opposite party no. 2 annexing the order dated 8.8.2024 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Sultanpur committing the case for trail to the session court. The order recites that the counsel for the applicant had himself prayed that the case be committed for trial to the session court. The aforesaid recital has also been noted in the order dated 26.3.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge. In view of the aforesaid, I do not find any illegality in the order dated 26.3.2025. The application is dismissed. Order Date :- 18.4.2025 Satyam Digitally signed by :- SATYAM AGRAHARI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
