By means of the present Application filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C. applicant has sought for a suitable direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Ayodhya to consider and decide the Case No.33/2021 (Rimjhim @ Rakhi Vs. Vikas Kumar) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Raunahi, District Ayodhya within time stipulated by this Court. 3. It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has filed a case in the year 2021 but the same has not been decided so far due to which, she is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending. This Application is disposed off with a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Ayodhya to consider and decide the aforesaid matter expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
