The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 19.02.2025, whereby the petitioner as in his personal capacity as the President of Shikshak Sangh has been called upon to pay the said amount as indicated in the notice, failing which, it is being threatened that a recovery certificate will be issued. The petitioner claims that he was the Ex-President and is not liable to pay any amount in his personal capacity and in this regard, a detailed application has been moved on 13.03.2025, which is contained in Annexure No.14 to the writ petition. 3. It is argued that no order has been passed on the said application and there is a threat of recovery being initiated and pursued against the petitioner in his individual capacity. 4. Considering the fact that against the order passed on 19.02.2025, an application has been filed on 13.03.2025, which is still pending, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction that before deciding the application dated 13.03.2025, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in his individual capacity. However, the respondent would be at liberty to initiate the recovery against the Shikshak Sangh, if so advised, in accordance with law.
