Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. In pith and substance, grievance of the petitioner is that history sheet no.195A, P.S. Kiratpur, District-Bijnor of the petitioner may be quashed. He further submitted that the grievance of petitioner would sufficiently be met in case, the aforesaid matter is considered and decided in a time bound manner. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping this application pending and an appropriate direction may be issued to the concerned authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 4. In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed with a direction to the petitioner to move an application before respondent no.2 ventilating his grievance within a week from today, and in case the petitioner moves such application, respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
