Side) ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to issue look out notice against the accused persons in Crime No.68 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024 on the file of the second respondent police and to complete the investigation within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that when the investigation was in progress after registration of FIR, the accused persons/respondents 3 and 4 obtained anticipatory bail. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 3 and 4, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with. 5. However, considering the nature of offence and since already two months over, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within a period of one month from today failing which, the Superintendent of Police, Erode, has to appear before this Court on 25.02.2025. 6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 7.
