This application under Section 483 CrPC has been filed praying to direct the learned Special Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bahraich to conclude/ decide proceeding of Case No. 2820/XII/2010 (R. P. Singh Vs. Rakesh TEkriwal) Arising out of Case Crime No. 1782 of 2010, under Section 147, 148, 149, 186, 353, 504 & 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bahraich, within the stipulated period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the trial of the aforesaid case has not been completed despite the fact that it was instituted in the year 2010. Therefore, he prays to issue a direction to dispose of the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. Therefore, without entering into the merits of the case, the present application is finally disposed of with the direction to the concerned court below to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties, in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment.
