Heard Sri Kuldeep Gupta holding brief of Sri Krishna Madhav Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Dr. Udai Veer Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-opposite parties. 2. At the very out set, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that the petitioner may be given liberty to approach the District Inspector of Schools, Ambeadkar Nagar i.e. opposite party no.3, preferring a representation and a direction may be issued to opposite party no.3 to decide the same strictly in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objection if direction for disposal of the representation is issued. 4. Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer a representation to opposite party no.3 i.e. District Inspector of School, Ambedkar Nagar, taking all pleas and grounds, which are necessary for disposal of the representation alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. If such representation is preferred by the petitioner within the aforesaid stipulated time, the authority concerned shall consider and dispose of the the representation of the petitioner by speaking and reasoned order, strictly in accordance with law, with expedition, say within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation. .
