Case No. 14/2024 (GR Case No. 29/2024) registered under Sections 191/329/308/137/62 of BNS, 2023. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam that the charge sheet being CS No. 78/2025 dated 30.04.2025 in connection with Mankachar P.S. Case No. 14/2024 corresponding to GR Case No. 29/2024 registered under Sections 191/329/308/137/62 of BNS, 2023, has already been filed by the Investigating Officer after completion of the investigation.
