Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Faizan, learned CGC appearing vice Mr. T M Shamshi, learned DGSI accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Having regard to the nature of the relief that is being sought in this case, the petition can be disposed of by extending appropriate direction to the learned trial court. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Munsiff, Kangan to decide and dispose of the application filed under Order 12 Rule 6 of CPC most expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order is made available to the said court.
