CMP-T-470 of 2024 Pursuant to order dated 18.03.2025 passed in this application, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record instructions memo from the Divisional Manager, HRTC, Shimla, dated 25.03.2025. As per these instructions memo, all disciplinary cases pending against the petitioner have been withdrawn vide order dated 20.03.2025. Copy of the same has been appended with the instructions memo. Instructons memo also states that pay arrears from the initial date of appointment of the petitioner have been paid to him. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that all arrears due to the petitioner have been paid in his favour but for the balance amount of retirement gratutity in the sum of Rs.3,26,100/-, which shall also be released in petitioner’s favour by 04.04.2025. His statement is take note of. 3. Taking note of above, present application is disposed of, however, petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for redressal of his surviving grievances, in case necessity so arises.
