Vide order dated 8.7.2025, report was called for in regard to pendency of trial from the District & Sessions Judge. In pursuance thereof, a report has been submitted that trial bearing S.T. No.979 of 2020 has been concluded on merits on 30.7.2024. In this view of the matter, the present bail application has been rendered infructuous and is liable to be rejected. 5.
