This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 19.2.2025 passed by the Special Judge P.C. Act-I, Lucknow rejecting the discharge application of petitioner in Session Trial No. 1321/2022 arising out of Case Crime No. 112/2012, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and 13(1)(D) read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, P.S. Mahanagar, District Lucknow. A perusal of the records annexed with the affidavit and also the contents of the impugned order indicate that sufficient evidence was on record to enable the court to frame charges against the applicant. The order has been passed after considering the evidence on record and I do not find any illegality in the same to interfere under the inherent powers of this Court. The application is dismissed.
