This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent no.3/Police Commissioner, Prayagraj Commissionarate, Prayagraj in considering the representation of the petitioners dated December 6, 2024. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.3/Police Commissioner, Prayagraj Commissionarate, Prayagraj should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated December 6, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.3/Police Commissioner, Prayagraj Commissionarate, Prayagraj is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated December 6, 2024 within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 5.
