Present C528 application has been filed by the applicant along with the Compounding Application (IA/1/2024) for quashing the entire proceedings of Crl. Case No.487 of 2023, under Sections 323, 498-A, 504 and 506 of IPC, State Vs. Samar Malakar (FIR No.0231 of 2022), State Vs. Samar Malakar, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar. 2. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2024 directed the parties to the proceedings to appear before the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Udham Singh Nagar on 13.12.2024 at 02:30 P.M., who, in turn, was directed to take their Aadhar Cards for identification of the parties and also will verify and authenticate the contents of the compounding application by recording their statements. 3. The compliance report of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Haridwar dated 23.12.2024 is available on record. 4. From perusal of the compliance report, it is evidently clear that both the parties have entered into compromise and there is no dispute pending between them as they have settled their disputes amicably. Parties were also duly identified before the said authority. 2025:UHC:738 2 5. In this view of the matter, Compounding Application (IA/1/2024) for quashing the entire proceedings of Crl. Case No.487 of 2023, under Sections 323, 498-A, 504 and 506 of IPC, State Vs. Samar Malakar (FIR No.0231 of 2022), State Vs. Samar Malakar, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar, are hereby quashed. FIR No. 0231 of 2022 registered with Police Station Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar and the charge sheet filed in pursuant thereto shall stand quashed. 6.
