This application under Section 483 CrPC has been filed praying to direct the learned Special Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 21, District Sultanpur to decide the Criminal Case No. 2024 of 2016 (State Vs. Parmanand And Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 622 of 2015, under Section 419, 420, 406, 504, 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Jamo, District Amethi, expeditiously within stipulated time as framed by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the trial of the aforesaid case has not been completed despite the fact that it was instituted in the year 2016. Therefore, he prays to issue a direction to dispose of the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. Therefore, without entering into the merits of the case, the present application is finally disposed of with the direction to the concerned court below to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties, in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment.
