ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:-
“ i. Issue appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent- Indiranagar Police Station in Crime No. 155/2024 dated: 11.06.2024, pending on the file of the Honourable Court of Metropolitan Magistrate (Traffic Court-1), Mayohall, Bangalore City to:
A. Pass an appropriate order/direction to defreeze the bank account of the petitioner and the petitioner be permitted to operate the same and;

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP for the respondents – State and perused the material on record.
3. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that pursuant to the FIR in Crime No.155/2024 dated 11.06.2024, the account of the petitioner in RBL Bank Ltd., HSR Layout Branch, Bangalore, was frozen by the respondents – police authorities. Subsequently, vide
order dated 03.12.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.5658/2024, the aforesaid proceedings in Crime No.155/2024 have been quashed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court holding as under:-
“ (i) Criminal Petition is allowed.
(ii) The order under Section 155(2) of Cr.P.C. dated: 11.06.2024 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Traffic Court-I, Bangalore in NCR No. 313 of 2024 and the FIR registered in Crime No. 155 of 2024 stands quashed.
(iii) It is made clear that all the directions issued by the respective Benches which dealt with the cases of the petitioners and like are to be followed in letter and spirit by the petitioners.”
4. In view of the quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.155/2024 passed by the co-ordinate Bench of is Court in

Crl.P.No.5658/2024, the question of freezing order of the petitioner’s Bank account does not arise and accordingly, necessary directions are to be issued to the respondents to defreeze the account as sought for by the petitioner.
5. In the result, I pass the following:-
ORDER
(i) Petition is hereby allowed.
(ii) The FIR in Crime No.155/2024 dated 11.06.2024 registered by the 2nd respondent – Police, pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate (Traffic Court-1), Bangalore, insofar as the petitioner is concerned, are hereby quashed.
(iii) The concerned respondents – police authorities are hereby directed to defreeze the Bank account of the petitioner as sought for in prayer(ii) immediately upon a receipt of a copy of this
