This application has been filed under Section 438 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in respect of NDPS Case No.73/2022, pending in the Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No.5, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati. 3. In the said case, 8 (eight) numbers of persons are shown as prosecution Page No.# 2/2 witnesses and 2 (two) of them are already examined. Let the Trial Court examine 2 (two) more witnesses. 4. Thereafter, the petitioner shall have the liberty to come to this Court again for seeking bail. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application stands closed and disposed of.
