Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to close the history sheet of the petitioner vide HS No.3A, P.S. Bandhua Kalan, District Sultanpur and also not to interfere in personal of the petitioner and his family members. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter at some length says that grievance of petitioner would be substantially met in case representation of petitioner for closing the history sheet of the petitioner, which was prepared in the year 2022, is considered and decided as per the guidelines issued by the State Government from time to time, expeditiously. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is permitted to move a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Sultanpur, respondent no. 2, within a period of two weeks from today annexing therewith a copy of this order and all documents in support of this case and the guidelines relied upon. In case such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Sultanpur is expected to decide the representation of petitioner in accordance with law as per the said guidelines within a period of three months.
