ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayers:
"A) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the communication in nature of direction issued by the 1st Respondent R.T. Nagar police vide Annexure H dated 26/12/2022 bearing no

RTN/PS/Cr No/389/2022 U/s 420,465,468,471,47 r/w 34 of IPC to debit-freeze the account of petitioner bearing No.50200026568080 maintained at 3rd Respondent HDFC Bank, Hennur Branch, Bangalore and permit to operate bank account.
B) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing 1st Respondent R.T. Nagar Police to instruct the 2nd Respondent ICICI Bank, Kalyan Nagar branch to defreeze the bank account if petitioner bearing No.74860500229 in 2nd respondent ICICI Bank, Kalyan Nagar branch.
C) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing 1st Respondent R.T. Nagar Police to instruct the 3rd Respondent HDFC Bank, Hennur Branch, to defreeze the account of petitioner bearing 50200026568080 in HDFC Bank, Hennur Branch.
D) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to allow the petitioner company to operate bank account of petitioner bearing No.748605000229 maintained at 2nd Respondent ICICI Bank, Kalyan Nagar branch, and Account No.50200026568080 maintained at 3rd Respondent HDFC Bank, Hennur Branch.
E) To grant such other reliefs to the petitioner including costs of this petition, in the interest of justice."
2. This Court, as an interim prayer on 12.01.2023 had passed the following order:
"Learned AGA waives notice for respondent No.1.
Issue emergent notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is
directed to serve a copy of the petition papers upon the learned AGA.

The petitioner calls in question the action of respondent No.1 in debit freezing the account of the petitioner owing to offences alleged against some other company.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it has become difficult to pay the salary of the employees as the account is debit frozen.
Therefore, the petitioner shall submit before the Investigating Officer the amount of salary that is to be disbursed to its employees. The account shall be permitted to be operated for disbursement of salary till the next date of hearing.
List this matter on 20.01.2023."
3. The learned HCGP on instructions would submit that the entire account is now de-frozen and an application being allowed by the concerned Court.
4. In that light, nothing further would survive for
consideration in the case at hand. Reserving liberty to avail of such remedy as is available in law, if need arises, the petition stands disposed.
