Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. Page No.# 2/2 2. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for grant of regular bail to the accused/petitioner, who is in jail in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 25/2025 being registered under Section 103(1) of BNS, 2023. 3. The case was listed today for production of the Case Diary before this Court, however, Mr. Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the I.O. has already filed Charge-Sheet in this case, vide Charge- Sheet No. 437/2025, dated 30.07.2025. 4. In this context Mr. Medhi submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 84 days and hence considering his length of detention, he may be enlarged on bail. 5. In view of filing of the charge-sheet, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the learned Trial Court below with an appropriate application for bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. 6.
