Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent no.3 to file the final report before the competent Court in the case in Crime No.17 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. 2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case and based on his complaint, a case in Crime No.17 of 2023 has been registered for the offences under Sections 120B, 109, 408, 420, 465, 468 and 477A of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed the final report. Hence, he has filed this petition. 3.
