The petitioner's revision under Rule 80 of U.P. Minor Mineral (Concession) Rules 2021 has been admitted by the revisional authority for hearing, but at the same time, the interim relief application has been rejected. The revision is posted for hearing on 9.4.2025. Apparently, relevant parameters for consideration of interim relief have not been taken into consideration. A recovery of more than Rs. 2 Crore is sought to be made under the orders of the District Magistrate, which are impugned in the revision, which, as already stated, has been admitted. We, therefore, provide that the revision be decided at the earliest, say within 3 months by a reasoned and speaking order. Till disposal of the revision, as it is statuary remedy under Rule 80 of the Rules 2021, recovery on the basis of the orders impugned in the aforesaid revision, shall remain in abeyance. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Standing Counsel to communicate our order to the Revisional Authority and the District Magistrate concerned. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.)
